How teams use Production

Add client and sites
Contract defaults for brand and presets. Each site can inherit or override when a location uses a different sub-brand.

Link stock or brief a task
Search inventory by ref or SKU, set purpose (Promote, Convert, or Support), assign who is producing the video.

Produce the video
Open Studio from the task when that is where work starts, or upload through Share or Campaigns when delivery leads. Linked tasks carry brief, Brand Kit, and workflow preset from site, then client.

Publish and track (Full tier)
Share or Campaign subscribers see live pages and outreach on the same Production item.
Franchises & multi-site clients
Set contract defaults once. Each site can inherit Brand Kit, Share preset, and Studio preset, or override when a location runs a different sub-brand.
