1. Service overview

Our services include Vyrol Studio (cloud video processing, captions, exports) and Vyrol Share (hosted pages at /p/your-link). Use requires an account and, where applicable, sufficient credits or an active Share subscription.

2. Accounts

Authentication is provided by Clerk. You are responsible for your account activity. You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.

3. Billing and credits

Studio credits are consumed by processing workload. Failed renders are not charged. Subscription credits remain while you have an active Studio subscription or a positive plan balance. One-off top-up packs expire 30 days after purchase; top-up credits are used before subscription credits. Trial credits expire when your evaluation trial ends. Credits are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash unless required by law. Vyrol Share is billed separately (Solo, Growth, Business) and limits active hosted pages and retention per plan.

4. Media retention

• Studio jobs: Rendered files are kept for a limited period (typically about 7 days), then removed from our servers. Your job list may still show history and credits used. Download anything you need to keep before expiry.
• Share Pages: We host a copy of your published clip until the page's keep-live date. Solo (up to 30 days from publish), Growth (up to 90 days), and Business (12 months by default; you may set up to 24 months in page settings before expiry). Solo and Growth cannot host longer than those caps. When you upgrade Share, we extend keep-live on active pages to your new plan maximum (same link and QR). When you downgrade, we shorten keep-live to the new tier maximum, with at least 7 days after the change when the tier cap from publish has already passed — you cannot keep a higher tier's hosting period after paying for a lower plan. Check Plan change impact under Profile billing before downgrading. You have one Vyrol Share subscription at a time; changing plan replaces the previous Share tier rather than stacking multiple Share bills. When the keep-live date passes, the public link stops working and hosted files are removed from our servers. Download what you need to keep before then. To serve clients longer after expiry, publish a new Share Page from a new Studio render. Upgrading does not restore an expired page or recover deleted hosted files.

5. Acceptable use

You must not upload unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the service. You are responsible for content on your Share Pages and for contact details you display to visitors.

6. Availability

We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as the product evolves.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vyrol is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
