Render credits, workflow, downloads, and job storage.
No. The workflow is designed for creators and teams who want professional short-form output quickly. Start with presets, then fine-tune only what you need.
Credits reflect how much processing your job needs — length, formats, resolution, and heavier effects cost more. You see an estimate before you render. Failed renders are not charged. Credits apply to Studio renders only — not Share Page hosting or Campaigns delivery.
From Render, export a structured job pack (ZIP): publish-ready clips in each format you rendered, thumbnails/ and hero images when generated, transcript JSON/TXT (review before render if you enable that workflow), summary.txt, and optional editor assets — transparent graphics overlays (caption, heading, logo, ticker), PNG sequences, ProRes 4444, particles or chroma ProRes intermediates, separate audio, and caption font + license when selected. Only what you turn on is included. Upload sources up to 30 minutes (3 GB per file): common video formats (MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV, WebM), image sequences, or audio-only (MP3, WAV, M4A) with captions and branding. Each render processes up to 5 minutes of **output** — trim longer takes in Upload, or use **time-lapse** presets to compress long source into a shorter clip. Most jobs finish in a few minutes; chroma key, AI graphics, and particles take longer.
Yes — in Upload, set **Playback speed** to Time-lapse on a panel and pick a preset (4× through 100×). The trim bar shows source → output duration; the processed clip must stay within the 5-minute output cap. On split-screen, keep the presenter on Real Time for captions and audio, and run time-lapse on the other pane (muted, visual only). Single-video time-lapse turns off captions and AI Clips for that job — add optional **Background music** in Branding if you want a track under the clip. Music plays at normal speed and is not sped up with the video.
Yes — in Branding → **Background music**, upload MP3/WAV/M4A, set music and voice/source levels, and fade in/out on the main clip body. Intro and outro bumpers are not affected. Useful for silent time-lapse B-roll or when you want atmosphere without relying on source audio. You are responsible for rights to any track you upload.
Effects like green screen and particles use more time and credits than a straight caption pass. Try shorter trims or lighter settings while you are experimenting, then run the full version when you are happy.
Before render, you see an estimate. After completion, each job shows what was charged. Exporting several formats in one job is priced as a bundle — usually less than running each format as its own job.
Yes. Select multiple output formats (for example 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9) on the Render step — Vyrol renders them in one job with a single credit estimate. Use one crop for speed, or per-format crops when each layout needs different framing. The download pack includes every format you selected.
Yes. Use the Tutorials page for effect recipes, then save your own presets so your team can reuse the same look consistently.
No. Vyrol detects the spoken language from your audio and transcribes in that language — Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, and many more use the same Studio workflow as English. Bilingual clips can produce mixed-language captions; use transcript review to fix names and spellings before render. Vyrol transcribes what it hears; it does not automatically translate into English. Accuracy depends on audio quality, accent, and background noise. Language is detected automatically today; a manual language lock is planned for clips where auto-detect is wrong.
Yes — when Privacy & anonymisation is enabled on your account, Step 1 — Upload exposes optional tools baked into the render (extra credits per minute; see the estimate on Render). Blur faces: automatic detection with standard or strong blur, or pixelate — including on thumbnails. You can add face cover (emoji or custom PNG) on top of blur or on its own. Blur number plates: automatic detection targets vehicle registration plates in frame — useful for forecourt walkarounds, fleet footage, and road clips. Plate blur is hit-and-miss by design: it works best when the plate is clearly visible on a steady, static, or slow-moving shot (tripod, parked car, slow walkaround). Fast pans, handheld shake, hard cuts, glare, steep angles, partial occlusion, or very small plates are often missed or may show brief gaps between frames — always review your export before publishing. Vyrol detects plate-shaped regions; it does not read or verify registration text, and plate blur is not a substitute for legal or compliance sign-off on its own. Voice privacy: modify voice character (subtle through robotic styles) while keeping speech intelligible; captions still follow your transcript. Split-screen jobs can apply different voice styles per track. Requires an audio track on the upload.
Uploads and outputs are stored in your configured private storage. Production deployments should use strict sign-in, protected admin routes, TLS, and regular backups.
Most platforms do not store your media forever, and neither do we. Download the clips and packages you want to keep. Ephemeral Studio jobs are removed automatically after a set period; your job history may still show status and credits used. Hosted Share Pages follow your Share or Campaigns retention tier. See Terms for the full policy.
Client and task hub — free Lite with Studio; live delivery tracking with Share or Campaigns.
Vyrol Production is your client and task hub — file work under clients and sites, link stock or briefs, assign editors, and open Studio from the same item with brand and preset attached. Production Lite is free with every Studio account (one client, tasks, inventory, versioning). Unlimited clients and live Share or Campaign tracking on tasks unlock with Vyrol Share or Campaigns — not a separate SKU.
Production Lite is included free with every Studio account — not a separate line item. Unlimited clients and live Share or Campaign tracking on tasks unlock when you subscribe to Vyrol Share or Campaigns. See /landing/production for the workflow story.
Production Lite (included with Studio): one client, unlimited tasks, stock catalogue, purpose tags (Promote, Convert, Support), and Studio handoff from each task. Production Full (with Share or Campaigns): unlimited clients and sites, auto-linked Share pages and campaigns on the task, Published and Outreach live stages, and delivery status on the same work item.
Production plans and tracks work; Studio renders the video. You can use Production Lite with Studio only — export finished clips without ever publishing a Share Page. Add Share or Campaigns when you want live client links, outreach, and tracking rolled up on the task.
1:many outreach — personalised links, per-person attribution, Page Funnel, and CRM.
Yes — one at a time. After you publish, use Open in mail on a Share Page or each campaign row. It opens Gmail, Outlook, Mac Mail, or your default mail app with the recipient, subject, and personalised message pre-filled. Tick Marked sent to track outreach in Vyrol (not proof of delivery). For bigger lists, export links CSV or message packs and send from HubSpot, Salesloft, or mail merge — Vyrol does not bulk-send or run sequences.
Preview checks layout and merge fields without counting in analytics — use it from the campaign manager before you send. Open link is the live prospect URL and records views and clicks after you publish. Edit heading and message in Campaign settings; expand a recipient row to see their personalised copy before you send.
Profile → Vyrol Analytics: headline cards, activity charts, and per-campaign tables for Vyrol Campaigns (and aggregate Share Pages on the other tab). Download CSV for summary, time series, and per-recipient rows — use All time to match Page Funnel step metrics. Compare two campaigns on the same video for message tests. Production Full subscribers also see live delivery status on the task.
Deleting or expiring the source Share Page removes all campaigns on that video (database cascade). Recipient links stop working and show a clear offline or expired page. Export campaign CSV before deleting a page. Publishing a new Share Page gives a new generic link — create a new campaign for new personalised links.
Page Funnel is included with Vyrol Share and Campaigns — not a separate subscription. Tag Share Pages as Steps 1–4, bundle matching campaigns in one click, then carry warm and hot contacts to the next video without re-importing CSV on Steps 2–4. Step 1 is your full list; later steps filter by opens, watch %, CTA, and callback intent. See /landing/funnel for the nurture story.
On Step 2+, use Import from funnel step on the campaign and pick warm & hot only — contacts who engaged on the previous step. Opt out once on any recipient row and that contact is suppressed across the whole funnel project. Each step is its own campaign row with its own go-live and close dates in Campaign settings.
CSV import works on all Campaigns tiers — export from HubSpot, Salesforce, or Excel, map columns, publish personalised links. Export analytics CSV on any tier for offline CRM merge-back. On Campaigns Growth+, Profile → Integrations → webhooks push each personal_url on publish and engagement (opened, 75% watch, CTA click, demo form) in real time via Zapier or Make — HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Salesloft, and dozens more. See /landing/integrations and the CRM import guide for the full platform list.
Into Vyrol: export contacts as CSV → Import CSV on the campaign (all Campaigns plans). Vyrol does not pull contacts automatically yet.
Out to your CRM: webhooks on Campaigns Growth+ push personalised links on publish and engagement in real time via Zapier or Make — HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Salesloft, Mailchimp, and more.
CRM import & compatibility guide — full platform list, CSV column mapping, and webhook events.
Profile → Integrations to add a webhook endpoint.
Yes — on Campaigns Growth or higher, Profile → Integrations → webhooks. Subscribe to campaign.recipient.published to push each personalised link into HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, and dozens more via Zapier or Make — no CSV round-trip. Engagement events (viewed, 75% watch, CTA click, demo form, attachment download) fire in real time. See the CRM import guide for the full compatible platform list.
Yes. That form fires share.page.callback_requested or campaign.recipient.callback_requested with the name, email, phone, and message in the webhook payload. Connect Zapier to create a HubSpot task, Slack message, or Salesloft action — you do not need to wait for CSV export from page stats.
High-volume branding — guided pilot, not self-serve checkout.
Vyrol Batch applies an approved brand pack — captions, logo, colours, vertical crop — across dozens or thousands of source files without opening each one in Studio. You send the library; we run it unattended and deliver finished social-ready cuts in one gallery. Ideal for franchise networks, agency retainers, and training libraries after you have nailed the look in Studio.
Not yet. Vyrol Batch is a guided pilot — not self-serve checkout in the app. Tell us your volume and who the videos are for; we quote a simple run or monthly arrangement and run your first batch with you. Enquire at /landing/batch or hello@vyrol.io.
Usually yes. Batch runs from a workflow preset and Brand Kit you agree in Studio — the same look you would use on a single clip, scaled to the whole folder. Not on Studio yet? We can build your look with you before the first run.
Volume, onboarding, and working with Vyrol at scale.
For most teams, the website is enough: Studio credits to make clips, Share or Campaigns to send them to clients. If you expect high volume or want Vyrol connected to something else, email hello@vyrol.io — tell us roughly how many videos per month, what you are trying to do, and where to reply. We will say straight away if the normal plans fit, or if we need to talk about something custom.
Yes. We can offer white-glove onboarding and team training — repeatable templates, branding defaults, and a workflow your whole team can follow. Contact hello@vyrol.io with your team size and goals.
Running many client videos, or wondering if Vyrol can plug into your stack? Email us — we will work out whether credits and Share or Campaigns are enough, or whether you need something tailored.
A short note helps:
