Bring your own Studio. Share the campaign.

Vyrol splits delivery from rendering — governance for client workspaces, freelancers, and internal departments. Delivery is shared; compute is accountable.

Invite a freelancer from Profile → Team. They contribute to your pipeline; renders bill to their account. They recover cost in their invoice to you — Vyrol does not pass through billing between accounts.

For clients hiring help

  • Pay for delivery (Share, Campaigns, Production, analytics) — not every render minute
  • Keep pages, campaigns, and pipeline history when the engagement ends
  • Add a team seat instead of buying Studio for every contractor
  • Agree render costs in your SOW; freelancer invoices pass-through separately

For freelancers & agencies

  • Keep your Studio subscription, credits, and job history between clients
  • Run your own Campaign workspace for freelance clients
  • Guest on client workspaces — switch in Profile → Team
  • Bill render production like any other tool (Adobe, Descript, NLE)

Internal teams

Departments can't cross-charge renders

The same model works inside your company. Marketing owns the Campaign workspace; Sales enablement and Product join on seats. Everyone shares pages, campaigns, and Production — but each person's Studio renders bill to their own subscription or credits, not another department's budget.

  • One Campaign workspace — Marketing, Sales, and Product publish together
  • Each editor’s renders debit their own Studio budget — no cross-charge between departments
  • Finance sees accountable compute; delivery assets stay in the company workspace
  • Use Production clients/sites to organise by line of business

Need one central render budget from head office? Team Studio (planned) adds an optional shared pool — on top of personal wallets, not instead of them.

How this compares

Tools like VidRush, VideoGen, and Descript pool credits at the workspace — invited editors use your balance. Canva separates personal and team accounts with an account switcher, but does not split hosting from a render wallet the way Vyrol does.

Freelancer joins your team

Vyrol today
You pay a Campaign seat; they pay their own renders
Pooled-credit tools
You pay seat and every render hits your credit pool

Two internal departments, one workspace

Vyrol today
Shared delivery; each editor’s Studio budget stays separate
Pooled-credit tools
One busy team can drain the shared pool for everyone

Freelancer has no Studio / credits

Vyrol today
Cannot render until they top up, you render, or Team Studio ships
Pooled-credit tools
They can drain your workspace balance

Engagement ends

Vyrol today
You keep delivery; they keep Studio assets
Pooled-credit tools
Delivery stays; render history often workspace-bound

The honest caveat

If a freelancer has no Studio subscription or credits, they cannot render inside your workspace on your wallet today. Competitors with shared pools allow that — at the cost of unpredictable bills for the owner.

Team Studio (shared workspace render pool) is planned as an add-on so clients who want to fund renders centrally can — without removing the bring-your-own-Studio model for established freelancers.

Until then: require Studio access in your brief, buy them a one-off credit top-up outside Vyrol, or render in-house on your own account.

Is this a strength or a weakness?

Strength for clients who want governance without subsidising every contractor minute, for freelancers who already pay for Studio, and for internal teams who need separate render budgets per department.

Weakness only when you expected “invite editor, zero extra render setup” like pooled-credit tools — Team Studio closes that gap for buyers who prefer it.
